Refund policy

At Dejà Hair, we take pride in providing high-quality hair extensions and beauty products. Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict No Refund Policy. However, we do allow exchanges under specific conditions.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges only if the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging (bundles must not be unwrapped, brushed, installed, or tampered with).
  • The exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exceptions (No Exchanges Allowed)

We cannot accept exchanges for the following:

  • Any hair that has been installed, cut, dyed, or altered in any way.
  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items.
  • Custom-made orders.

We reserve the right to deny any exchange request if the product does not meet our return criteria. If an exchange is approved, a replacement of equal or lesser value will be issued.

**5. Defective or Incorrect Items:**
- If you receive incorrect hair bundles, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We will provide a prepaid return label for the return of the incorrect items and promptly replace them at no additional cost.

**6. Final Sale Items:**
- Final sale items, including clearance or discounted hair bundles, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

**7. International Returns:**
- International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and customs fees associated with returning hair bundles.
After an order is in the hands of USPS, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packaging. Please contact your local post office if you do encounter any problems.

Please make sure your address is correct at check out, as we are not responsible for making sure this is correct. We are not responsible if your package is shipped to the wrong address. If package is return, you are responsible for paying the shipping fee again.
